Maturity model

The AI maturity model is a central component of the Seven Senses Framework. It not only makes the status quo within the company measurable, but also prioritizes the most significant levers—and translates results directly into action. The Seven Senses Framework serves as the guiding system. It organizes all findings into seven clearly understandable areas of action.

The maturity levels are:

0 Awareness - The organization is just beginning to get used to AI.

1 Planning - Foundations are laid, concept is on paper.

2 Piloting - First real projects underway – focus on learning.

3 Scaling - Proven use cases are rolled out widely.

4 Leading - AI is at the core of value creation – “AI-First Mindset”.
