The Seven Senses Framework is the condensed essence of over 25 years of transformation experience—developed at the interface of technology, business, and people. It offers companies today a proven, practical toolbox for embedding AI strategies sustainably, ethically, and effectively.
history
A long way
As early as the early 2000s, with the first waves of the internet and data economy, companies faced the challenge of integrating digital technologies into business models . These experiences gave rise to a deep understanding that a pure focus on technology or processes is not enough. Transformation only succeeds when people, culture, and the creation of meaning are consistently considered.
The framework is therefore based on the following practical foundations:
Practical experience from digital transformation projects – including marketing, sales, communications and technology implementation.
Academic and scientific basis – founded on research into hybrid knowledge processing and applied AI.
Many years of management and consulting experience – characterized by the role of bridge builder between technology and business in a wide variety of industries.
Human-first orientation – supported by the finding that up to 39% of AI projects fail because employees are not engaged or empowered.
This distinguishes the Seven Senses Framework from common, purely technology-driven models. It was developed from practice for practice – modular, people-centered, and adaptable to companies of every maturity level.
