AI Assessment

The AI maturity model is a central component of the Seven Senses Framework. It not only makes the status quo within the company measurable, but also prioritizes the most significant levers—and translates results directly into action. The Seven Senses Framework serves as the guiding system. It organizes all findings into seven clearly understandable areas of action.

Survey methods:

1. Stakeholder self-assessment via questionnaire
   -> subjective evidence, self-image, first level of maturity

2. Review of documents/documents that are requested
   -> objective evidence , fact comparison, maturity level support

3. Assessment workshop
   -> Synchronization , acceptance, creating common understanding

4. Interviews with responsible employees
   -> Practical relevance , objection review
